Jurij was born in Amsterdam and raised in Ibiza, inheriting a rich cultural background from his German mother and Dutch father, which gave him fluency in four languages. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, he worked as a concierge for luxury villas in Ibiza, honing his expertise in high-end service and client care. Five years ago, Jurij transitioned into real estate, where he quickly became one of Dubai’s top agents, closing over 50 properties and achieving remarkable sales totalling AED 150 Million. Focusing on the exclusive properties of Palm Jumeirah, he consistently delivers exceptional, personalized experiences for his clients. He also runs his own concierge company in Ibiza, operating during the summer and offering bespoke luxury services to an international clientele.
