Odysseas Bougas

Odysseas studied in the UK before returning to Greece to begin his career in real estate. When COVID reshaped the industry, he moved to Dubai and started as a real estate agent.

His introduction to property management came from a single owner who asked him to look after their portfolio. He took the work on essentially for free, learning the operational side of the business from the ground up. What started as one owner's assets became the foundation for Ocley.

In 2022, Odysseas co-founded Ocley Group with his cousin Angelos Bougas. Today he leads operations and finance across the company, overseeing the day-to-day management of the portfolio, the reporting to owners, and the systems that keep it all running.

He believes the difference between a good property manager and a great one is not visible until something goes wrong.
